Hi!
I’m Tyler and I’m the Realtor. If you’ve never met me before, allow me to tell you a little bit about myself. When it comes to my career and business in real estate, I’m naturally very passionate about what I do because my whole job is made up of little jobs that were once hobbies for me!
My formal education & background is in television/video production, photography and content creation, these were all things I did for fun before starting my business in 2020. Prior to working in real estate I was a Google certified digital marketing salesperson managing online advertising and websites for some of Winnipeg’s largest companies.
If you put all of this together and you get a bit of a swiss-army knife designed to excel in real estate!
Personally, in my spare time I enjoy working with my hands, building, renovating and fixing things around my own home. If I’m not working on a project I enjoying cooking, golfing, playing hockey or shooting landscape photography.
Time with my family is spent staying active and adventuring on our boat, camping, traveling or just hanging out with friends in our back yard.
I consider myself a very easy going person who doesn’t take themselves too seriously. I’m constantly laughing and trying to make others laugh as well.
When it comes to the services I provide to my clients, they stem from a desire to provide the absolute most value possible. For this reason my approach has won me several awards in consecutive years. I work with my clients one on one to ensure they get the attention they deserve and are expecting. No junior agents or assistants fielding calls on my behalf. If we’re working together, I’m personally taking your calls and texts.
That’s just the way it should be, in my opinion.

Words From Previous Clients
“We met Tyler at an open house a few months ago. He promised us that he would find us our dream house within the summer. We were extremely hesitant, but he delivered.
He found us our dream house, helped us get it for under asking price, and sold our house for way over asking.
We never appreciated the work that goes into marketing a house until we saw the work that Tyler did. His background in media work really shows.
He is passionate about his job, and cares about his clients. He is honest and direct in his work. He earned our trust which is not given out easily.
As a perfectionist, I appreciated that in many areas where other realtors may cut corners, he takes the time to make sure every detail is taken care of properly.
It was a pleasure to work with him, and we would recommend his services to all our family and friends. 10/10. We can’t even think of a single criticism.”
C+T“Can’t say enough about Tyler! We bought and sold and Tyler made sure everything went smoothly. Tyler is very easy to work with, very professional, and a marketing genius! He helped us negotiate a great price on the property we bought and we are very satisfied with the price on the property we sold. Tyler works very hard for his clients. He obviously loves what he does and it shows. We highly recommend him!”

“Tyler has been great to work with. We met him when we went through one of his listings in Oakbank and although we did not put an offer on that home we were impressed with the quality of work that went into the listing and his overall personality. He has been patient with showing us numerous houses--we warned him up front we'd be fussy and he readily accepted the challenge. He always displayed a calm demeanor and there was never any "pressure sale" techniques.
He helped us find the right home and we also trusted him with the sale of our home after getting to know him after a year of house hunting. His professionalism with our listing from the pictures to the video and overall process exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with the outcome.
Thanks again”
