The Development
Emberside is being designed for everyday life, and as such the community is going to have a variety of home styles to choose from. Of course there will be luxury and single family homes very similar to what you’ve come to expect in Oakbank, but Emberside also addresses the need for Multi Family and Townhomes.
In phase one, two ponds will be created to offer homes the opportunity to provide stunning walk out lower levels. The lot sizes of the single family homes will also remain large, spanning 70’-80’ in most cases.
As the development progresses, so will the construction of the Armtec Community Recreation center. The brand new facility will be within walking distance of the entire development and provide the residents with a great place to unwind and gather.

Right now, crews are working on installing the infrastructure that will become the foundation of the community. Things like water lines, sewer, fire hydrants and roads are being mapped out and installed.

Soon, details on specific lots will be released to the selected builder group for phase 1 and information will come available to the general public.
