In the midst of this pandemic selling homes safely is my #1 priority.
Bringing buyers into your home is necessary to make a sale happen but even in this very active market buyers are just as hesitant to enter a strangers homes as sellers are to have them come in.
My solution to this problem was to create a virtual showing. A video that provided a showing like experience from the safety and comfort of their own home.
This virtual showing generated a MASSIVE audience on social media and was a key part of why this home sold in just 8 days when the average days on market in this neighbourhood was 63.
